Spyglass Designs' turquoise jewelry is handcrafted in earrings, necklaces, pendants and bracelets set in 14k solid gold, 14k gold-filled, and sterling silver. Turquoise has been worn for five thousand years, and the veining that runs through it — the matrix — is the rock it formed in, which is why no two stones carry the same pattern.

Each piece is designed with the same casual, classic elegance as the rest of our collection — simple enough for everyday wear, polished enough for something special. We carry it from several sources: Persian, Mexican, Chinese, Arizona, and Sleeping Beauty, in blues from pale baby blue to deep rich navy, plus green turquoise and copper turquoise with its mosaic veining. Some pieces use reconstituted turquoise, which is genuine turquoise ground and bonded back into a workable stone — it gives a consistent color that natural stone can't, and it's noted in the description of every piece where we use it.
