Spyglass Designs' quartzite jewelry is handcrafted in earrings and necklaces set in 14k solid gold, 14k gold-filled, and sterling silver. Quartzite forms when sandstone is compressed under heat until the grains fuse into solid rock, which gives it a dense opaque body quite unlike clear quartz.

Each piece is designed with the same casual, classic elegance as the rest of our collection — simple enough for everyday wear, polished enough for something special. We carry it in four colors: a semi-translucent green that reads close to emerald, steel blue with a matte finish, rich earthy red, and a reddish pink. You'll find smooth and faceted drops, a cluster design, and a dainty spaced-link necklace.
